حذف الحساب
أسرع طريقة هي من داخل التطبيق: الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب. الحذف فوري ولا ينتظر ردّنا.
وإن تعذّر عليك فتح التطبيق — نسيت كلمة المرور، أو غيّرت هاتفك — فاختر «حذف حسابي» في نموذج الأعلى، أو افتح النموذج بهذا الموضوع مباشرة. نتحقّق أولاً من أنك صاحب الحساب — فطلب بالبريد وحده ليس إثباتاً — ثم ننفّذ الحذف خلال ٣٠ يوماً على الأكثر.
تفاصيل ما يُحذف فوراً وما نحتفظ به (سجلّات الطلبات والفواتير) في صفحة حذف الحساب وسياسة الخصوصية.
Supprimer votre compte
Le plus rapide est de le faire dans l’app : Profil → Supprimer le compte. La suppression est immédiate, sans attendre notre réponse.
Si vous ne pouvez pas ouvrir l’app — mot de passe oublié, téléphone changé — choisissez « Supprimer mon compte » dans le formulaire ci-dessus, ou ouvrez-le directement sur ce sujet. Nous vérifions d’abord votre identité — une simple demande par e-mail n’est pas une preuve — puis nous supprimons sous 30 jours au maximum.
Le détail de ce qui est effacé et de ce que nous conservons (registres de commandes et reçus) figure sur la page de suppression et dans la politique de confidentialité.
Deleting your account
The fastest route is inside the app: Profile → Delete account. It happens immediately and does not wait on us.
If you cannot open the app at all — a forgotten password, a phone you no longer have — pick “Delete my account” in the form above, or open the form on that subject directly. We verify that the account is yours first — an email asking for deletion is not on its own proof — and then delete within 30 days at the latest.
What is erased straight away and what we keep (order records and receipts) is set out on the account deletion page and in the privacy policy.
