The name means "bring it to me", and that is the whole idea: not only a food app, but somebody who will go and do the errand you cannot get to — the parcel across town, the shopping, the bill that needs paying at a counter during the same hours you are at work.
How we work
- A person confirms every order. Before any courier is dispatched, our desk phones the customer. It costs us a call and saves everyone a wasted journey.
- Cash on delivery, always. No cards, no wallet, no in-app purchases. You pay the person who brings it.
- Work is shared by turn. Couriers are offered orders in rotation rather than by who is nearest, so one well-placed courier cannot take the whole day's work.
- Prices come from our servers. Never from the app on a phone, which is what stops anyone from deciding their own delivery fee.
Three apps, one service
Customers order in the Hatli M3ak app. Couriers work in the courier app. Partner shops manage their menu and their queue in the store app. They all talk to the same system, which is why an order's status is the same on every screen at the same moment.

Le nom signifie « apporte-le-moi », et c’est toute l’idée : pas seulement une app de repas, mais quelqu’un qui va faire la course que vous ne pouvez pas faire — le colis à l’autre bout de la ville, les achats, la facture à régler au guichet pendant vos heures de travail.
Notre façon de travailler
- Une personne confirme chaque commande. Avant tout envoi de coursier, notre desk appelle le client. Cela nous coûte un appel et évite à tous un déplacement inutile.
- Espèces à la livraison, toujours. Ni carte, ni portefeuille, ni achat intégré. Vous payez la personne qui vous livre.
- Le travail se partage à tour de rôle. Les courses sont proposées en rotation plutôt qu’au plus proche : un coursier bien placé ne peut pas rafler la journée.
- Les prix viennent de nos serveurs. Jamais de l’app sur un téléphone — c’est ce qui empêche quiconque de fixer ses propres frais.
Trois apps, un seul service
Les clients commandent dans l’app Hatli M3ak. Les coursiers travaillent dans l’app coursier. Les magasins partenaires gèrent leur carte et leur file dans l’app magasin. Toutes parlent au même système : c’est pourquoi le statut d’une commande est identique sur tous les écrans au même instant.

حاتلي معاك خدمة توصيل وسائقين تشغّلها حاتلي معاك في الجزائر. السجل التجاري ، .
الاسم يعني «حاطلي معاك»، وهذه هي الفكرة كلها: ليس تطبيق طعام فحسب، بل شخص يذهب ويقضي لك المشوار الذي لا تستطيع قضاءه — الطرد في الطرف الآخر من المدينة، والمشتريات، والفاتورة التي يجب دفعها في الشباك في الساعات نفسها التي تكون فيها في العمل.
كيف نعمل
- شخص يؤكّد كل طلب. قبل إرسال أي سائق، يتصل مكتبنا بالزبون. يكلّفنا ذلك مكالمة ويوفّر على الجميع رحلة ضائعة.
- الدفع نقداً دائماً. بلا بطاقات ولا محافظ ولا مشتريات داخل التطبيق. تدفع لمن أوصل إليك.
- العمل يُقسَّم بالدور. تُعرض الطلبات على السائقين بالتناوب لا بالأقرب، فلا يستطيع سائق واحد حسن الموقع أن يأخذ عمل اليوم كله.
- الأسعار من خوادمنا. لا من التطبيق على الهاتف، وهذا ما يمنع أي أحد من تحديد رسوم توصيله بنفسه.
ثلاثة تطبيقات، خدمة واحدة
الزبائن يطلبون من تطبيق حاتلي معاك، والسائقون يعملون من تطبيق السائق، والمتاجر الشريكة تدير قائمتها وطلباتها من تطبيق المتجر. وكلها تتحدّث إلى النظام نفسه، ولذلك تكون حالة الطلب واحدة على كل الشاشات في اللحظة نفسها.
